Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the product and destination. For green coffee exports, the minimum is typically 1 container (approximately 300 bags or 18,000 kg). For roasted coffee, we can accommodate smaller orders starting from 50 kg. Contact our sales team for specific requirements and volume discounts.

Absolutely! We encourage potential customers to request samples to ensure our coffee meets your quality standards and flavor preferences. Sample packs typically include 250g of your selected coffee varieties. There's a nominal shipping fee for samples, which can be credited toward your first order.

All our coffees are SCA specialty grade (80+ score). We offer Fair Trade Certified, Organic (USDA and EU), Rainforest Alliance, and B-Corp certifications. Specific certifications vary by origin and lot. Our ODTS traceability system provides full documentation of all certifications for each coffee lot.

For new customers, we typically require payment in advance via wire transfer or letter of credit. Established customers may qualify for net 30 or net 60 payment terms. We accept major currencies including USD, EUR, and local East African currencies. Flexible payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partnerships.

Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method. Sea freight from East Africa to North America typically takes 4-6 weeks, to Europe 3-4 weeks, and to Asia 2-3 weeks. Air freight is available for urgent orders with delivery in 5-7 days. We provide full tracking and real-time updates through our ODTS system.

Yes! We offer comprehensive private label services including custom roast profiles, blend development, and packaging with your branding. Our team can work with you to create unique coffee products that match your specifications. Minimum order quantities apply for private label services.

We welcome visits from our partners and customers! We organize origin trips throughout the year where you can meet farmers, see processing facilities, and cup coffees at the source. Every order receives a unique tracking code linked to our ODTS platform. You can track your coffee from processing through shipping in real-time. We'll provide you with access credentials to our customer portal where you can view detailed information about your order status, shipping updates, and documentation.
